Officers Arrested After Killing 24-Year-Old in Anambra.

Anambra state police have detained officers involved in the shooting death of 24-year-old Ebuka on September 4. The officers, who initially went into hiding, were arrested after human rights activist Harrison Gwamnishu reported the incident. The police commissioner, CP Nnaghe Itam, has ordered an investigation and transferred the case to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) in Awka.
