Responsibilities:
Manage corporate (manufacturing) and retail client relationships
Prepare and submit weekly visit plans and sales reports
Develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess customer needs
Generate leads through cold calls, emails, events, and referrals
Identify, approach, and secure new business accounts
Maintain and nurture existing client relationships for satisfaction and cross-selling
Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings and presentations
Actively pursue new sales opportunities via field visits and networking
Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences
Negotiate and close deals; handle objections and complaints
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
Collaborate with team members to improve performance
Attend weekly review meetings and consistently achieve sales targets

Requirements:
Proven experience in a Sales Executive or similar role
Proficient in English and MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
Skilled in marketing, negotiation, and persuasive sales techniques
Fast learner with a passion for sales and delivering impactful presentations
Self-motivated and results-oriented
