Jake Paul, a YouTuber turned boxing sensation, has changed the heavyweight boxing division in ways no one expected.
Following his astonishing victory against boxing legend Mike Tyson, Paul is already planning a more harder challenge: a prospective fight with former heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua.
The fighter’s aggressive goals were revealed by his promotional partner, Nakisa Bidarian.
Bidarian told Sky Sports: “Jake’s reply was that I wanted to do that fight.
“Not right now.” But I want to participate in that fight. “He wants to be a world cruiserweight champion.”
“The other is to push the boundaries of expectations. Push the boundaries of what’s possible.
“This event with Mike Tyson, which pushed the boundaries of what the world could see, is similar to him fighting Anthony Joshua or Daniel Dubois.
“Jake weighed 227 pounds, but he actually walked around at 215. But he’ll do it for the correct context and structure.”There are claims that IBF heavyweight champion Daniel Dubois texted Paul about a match. Paul is anticipated to remain out of action until 2025, with a probable title fight when he returns.
