Popular Nigerian TikToker, Peller, has been sued over allegations of verbal assault and invasion of privacy.
The lawsuit was filed by a Lagos-based woman, Osarobo Odigie, following an incident at Folixxx Lounge along the Lekki-Epe Expressway.
Reports indicate that Peller had shared a video of the altercation online in January and subsequently apologized for posting it without Odigie’s consent.
In a recent development, Odigie, through a pre-action letter issued by Bola Osineye of FA Garrick & Co., stated that the incident took place on January 6, 2026, while she was purchasing food at the lounge.
She accused Peller of verbal abuse and is seeking N395 million in compensation for defamation, emotional trauma, reputational damage, and distress caused by cyberbullying.
The legal proceedings are set to begin next week if her demands are not addressed.
