We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Digital Marketer

- We are seeking a Digital Marketer to develop, implement, and manage our overall digital marketing strategy to expand our online presence and drive customer acquisition.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for running measurable digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, and email channels. He/She will optimize our digital sales funnel, increase high-quality web traffic, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Advertising: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, and fix technical SEO issues to grow organic search traffic.
- Funnel Analytics: Track conversion rates, analyze user behavior data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and build daily performance dashboards.
- A/B Testing: Run continuous experiments on landing page layouts, ad creatives, and call-to-actions (CTAs) to lower customer acquisition costs.
- Email Marketing: Design and deploy automated email nurturing sequences and monthly newsletters using marketing automation platforms.
- Budget Oversight: Manage monthly digital ad budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum lead generation without overspending.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. Valid Google Ads or Meta Ads certifications are highly preferred.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience working as a Digital Marketer
- Proven success managing profitable, mid-to-large scale budgets on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms.
- Advanced capability to extract actionable insights from data tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Comfort working with HTML/CSS, Content Management Systems (like WordPress), and data visualization tools (like Looker Studio).
- Ability to write high-converting, persuasive ad copy and clear headlines tailored for different digital audiences.
