Bandits have reportedly stormed Imam Abdulraman College in Oke-Oyi, Kwara State where students were writing their WAEC examination, and abducted some of them.
According to reports, the incident occurred in the early hours of Thursday, which was said to be the final day of the examination. Although details remain unclear, residents alleged that the attackers were rival cult groups from Kwara State Polytechnic. In addition, some accounts claimed that three people were killed, but this remains unconfirmed.
At the time of reporting, the state police had yet to verify the incident.

Meanwhile this comes weeks after an incident where three police officers were murdered with others severely injured following an attack by suspected terrorists on a Police Mobile Force (PMF) camp in Tenebo community, Kaiama Local Government Area of Kwara State.
Residents of the rural community fled their homes after intense shooting during the incident, which took place in the early hours of Saturday.
Sources revealed that the attackers came in huge numbers and unexpectedly attacked the PMF camp, overpowering the on-duty cops before killing three and wounding two more.
