Job Title: HR Manager

- As we expand our e-commerce presence, we are looking for an HR Manager to lead our People & Culture function.
- We are looking for a strategic HR leader who can drive employee engagement, policy development, and operational excellence in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line with labor laws
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Drive learning & development, training, and career development initiatives
- Handle payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance
- Champion company culture, employee engagement, and employer branding
- Provide HR advisory support to Management and Department Heads
- Ensure proper HR documentation, data management, and reporting
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. CIPM/MBA is an added advantage
- Experience: Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Managerial role. E-Commerce industry experience preferred
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Nigeria Labour Act, HR best practices, and HRIS systems
- Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, organizational and leadership skills
- Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Salary
N450,000 – N500,000 per month.
