10 Killed As Suspected Herdsmen Attack Another Benue Community Again.
10 people have been killed so far following an attack by suspected herdsmen on Mbayam Council Ward in Logo Local Government Area of Benue State on Friday.
It was stated that the attackers, who entered the community in their numbers, damaged several houses, precisely in Tse-Ankon.
A resident spoke with a reporter that the gunmen operated freely for hours without any dispute.
Recall that some farmers in the area were yet to begin clearing their farmlands because those who attempted to do so were killed by herdsmen, adding that no one had seen their corpses to date.
He said so far, they have recovered about seven bodies.
According to the source, among the victims were: Angyoom Kwembe, Orterse Dajo, Negema Kyenge, Ahembe Shawa, Chieyol Shawa and Hangeior Ukor.
