Keshinro Ololade popularly known as Lil Kesh, a Nigerian rapper and musician, has opened up about his long-standing struggles with mental health, including anxiety and undiagnosed ADHD.
The singer popularly known for his hit song Shoki revealed his mental health struggle in an interview, adding that although it was not clinically diagnosed, he was aware he had the condition.

He said, “I don’t like to identify as ADHD, but I have ADHD, I diagnosed myself, but trust me, I know.”
He clarified that while many people casually declare themselves to have ADHD, his situation goes deeper.
He claimed that living in the spotlight and dealing with other personal difficulties made the anxiousness worse.

In his words, “Everybody has a particular level of ADHD to them. But it’s bad when it is a disorder. I’ve had my fair share of that disorder right from when I was a kid.”
“I feel like not knowing, lack of clarity… that’s one thing that can give me anxiety,” he shared.

“Once I know what it is that I’m dealing with or what type of emotion I’m actually feeling or what my problem really is, that is half solved” he added.
