Job Summary:
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
– Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
– Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
– Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and hotel policies
– Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
– Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting
– Ensure internal controls are in place and operating effectively
– Perform audits and financial reconciliations as needed
Requirements :
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
– 3+ years of accounting experience in the hospitality industry
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
– Proficiency in accounting softwares
– Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
