Leicester City has sacked their manager Steve Cooper following a series of defeats and unimpressive displays in the Premier League.
This event was announced in a statement on the club’s website, titled “Leicester City Part Company With Steve Cooper.”
The Premier League side is currently placed in 16th position on the table with 10 points from 12 matches.
Their last defeat came at the hands of Chelsea at home, where they lost 1-2. Before then, they had lost to Nottingham Forest and Aston Villa at home.
There has been no announcement of who the new manager will be or if the interim manager will take over until the next decision.
