As Big Brother Naija S11 (“Show Ya Sef”) prepares to enter its sixth week, the house dynamic has shifted significantly from the initial 24 housemates who entered the competition on July 26, driven by a series of evictions, a voluntary departure, and evolving contestant alliances.

Goddessa evicted from Big Brother Naija S11 House
Goddessa, a housemate on Big Big Brother Naija S11, “Show Ya Sef,” has been evicted, becoming the seventh housemate to leave the competition this season.
Host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu announced her eviction during Sunday night’s live show.
Goddessa received a nomination alongside 13 other housemates in Week Five, putting her at risk of eviction.
Her eveictions came following Sultex, who was evicted minutes earlier.
Big Brother sanctions housemates for rule breaches
Recall that Biggie has repeatedly warned and punished housemates for violating the house rules.
In a statement on Sunday, Biggie condemned Oyin and Chimsom Chuka for causing or attempting to cause damage to house property.
He also punished Keivo and Abi for pouring water on their microphones. As a result, both housemates will miss the next Pool Party.
Biggie also issued another warning to Nomy, who had already received a strike. He cited her repeated lateness, failure to follow instructions and what he described as “selective participation” in mandatory activities.
Sultex received the harshest punishment when Big Brother evicted him from the house on Sunday.
Before his eviction, Big Brother placed him on behavioural probation with a final warning over repeated threats against fellow housemates.
Big Brother described the conduct as “extremely dangerous” and warned that he would not tolerate such behaviour.
Big Brother also warned Yusuf and Tram against engaging in similar conduct.
As a collective punishment, Big Brother ordered the entire house to go without hot water for the rest of the week.
He also instructed the housemates to keep all common areas “spotlessly clean.”
The punishments served as a stern reminder that “actions have consequences,” with individual violations triggering personal sanctions and some offences affecting the entire house.
Biggie unveils ‘operation release’ the Gambit’ twist
Meanwhile, Big Brother Naija S11 “Show Ya Sef,” has introduced a major operational shift: former housemates Aikou and Flora are now eligible to contend for the ₦160 million grand prize and are no longer immune to eviction.
The pair, initially selected by audience vote at the start of the season as “gambits,” were previously granted immunity from nominations and guaranteed stays until the grand finale.
Under the updated rules, the individual securing the highest number of votes gains eligibility to compete directly for the top prize.
The remaining housemate will also continue competing for the ₦160 million payout, but will retain their immunity from eviction.
The update was announced by host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu during Sunday’s live eviction show.
As the competition advances into its next phase, Aikou and Flora will now face public voting alongside the remaining housemates.
