Human Rights Activist Lawyer, Dele Farotimi, has said he is unshaken by the legal battles he is fighting with Afe Babalola (SAN) over the alleged defamation case.
Farotimi, who pleaded not guilty to the 14-count charge, including allegations of criminal defamation, was released on bail on December 24 by the Ekiti Court and has since met his bail conditions.
He went on to share on his X page a cryptic message regarding his ongoing trials. See post below:
Dele Farotimi is currently in this legal battle with Afe Babalola (SAN), because of his book, titled “Nigeria and its Criminal Justice System,” where he allegedly defamed the Senior Advocate of Nigeria.
He is currently on trial in two courts on charges related to the alleged defamation of Babalola.
