The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, on Tuesday rejected allegations that his administration is giving special treatment to the judiciary.
He maintained that his government is committed to supporting all sectors within the capital city without bias.
Nyseom Wike made the remarks after inspecting ongoing projects slated for commissioning ahead of President Bola Tinubu’s third-year anniversary celebration in Abuja.
Nyseom Wike explained that ensuring true judicial independence requires providing adequate infrastructure, improved welfare, and conducive working conditions.

According to him, the administration’s focus is not limited to the judiciary, as efforts are also being made to deliver basic amenities such as water supply, schools, and other essential services to residents.
Nyesom Wike further stated that development projects across the FCT reflect an inclusive agenda, with rural and satellite communities now beginning to benefit from infrastructure improvements after many years of neglect.
